    Hi,

    Is there a known issue where the Calibration Results tab is missing from the Interaction Details page? We have a ticket open but still with our Telecom team.

    I am missing this tab as well. Would like to know how to get that added to our screens as well.

    Calibration Results tab only shows up when you complete the calibration. So when a calibration is created it is in Pending Status and then you will have to open that calibration, complete the evaluation form then calibration results tab shows up. Hope this helps.

    Hello Chris, 

    This maybe a resurfaced glitch in the UI. I would open a ticket with Customer Care UI team as they will need to check to see whats going on under the hood. Please provide them with console and network logs.
