    Hello everyone. New member to this community! I run a call center and through Genesys I changed my call queues recently. After doing that, All prior data that didn't align with the new name for my queues, disappeared? Has anyone experienced this before?

    Hi Dan, did you just rename the queues, or recreate them?  Where are you looking at this data?

    Are you looking at this in the included reports, the performance views, or something else?

    I've renamed queues and confirmed running a new report that includes data from before the name change shows up in the report as the new name for those dates.  The interactions performance view also includes data for the queue from prior to the name change.  Underneath it most of those queries and reports is using the queue ID so just renaming the queue shouldn't result in any missing data.  Unless you're feeding the data into some other data warehouse yourself that is relying on the string name and not some ID value.
