  • 1.  Missing parameters in CX-as-Code for work item

    WE have discovered that 2 things is missing in Cx-as-code for worktype in Work Automation. 

    In the rules tab the enable rules is missing in the CX-as-code.

    In the genesyscloud_task_management_worktype_status  the option on Closed status to be able to terminate when enter closed status is also missing in Cx-As-code. 

    Does anyone know if there is a plan to get this into the terraform code

    We are tracking these changes internally and trying incorporate them at the earliest. Will update this thread once we have a release version with the udpates.
