Some users in the same organization have 3 icons (Settings, Phone and "+") under Home Page ->Interaction and some users only have two icons. All users can see Settings and "+" icon (Start an Interaction), but small number of users/agents missing a Phone Icon. does anyone know why some users lost Phone Icon, and they belong to the Phone qoueu. I know agents still can hit + icon and make a call, but curies why we are missing phone icon.
