  • 1.  Missing the role for Affiliate Organization

    Good day 

    I was reading about
    Automatically log in to a client's account - Genesys Cloud Resource Center

    And they saying the prerequisite is the following role however i do not see it available to me organization

    • Affiliate Organization > Clients > View

    Do i need to enable something before being able to see this permission.

    Go to the product tab on the table, type in a permission, and it will show you which product(s) your org must have to get that permission.

    Hello David,

    Client Management permissions should be made available automatically to orgs defined for Partner internal use. Of course, you should have the related admin permissions assigned to your user account as well as the pairing process with client org(s) already completed.
