    Dear colleagues,

    Today we encountered an error, which maybe is known for some of you and that is why I am asking kindly for help.

    I got a complaint from one of the agents, that she doesn`t see Wrap-up codes in her Workspace. I started the log and I found out errors like these:

    You can see the version of application in the log. It is 11.49.0+503-release/11.49.0-1df02a0efe89bb9386a905ec207bec9516c30820. The verson of Google Chrome is 134.0.6998.89 (64-bit).

    Do you have any idea, what could cause this issue?

    Hello Borislav,

    I was checking internally and I did not see anything related to the log snippets that you provided. Does this happen on all queues for this agent or just certain ones in particular? If they are able to, I would recommend that you have them test this on another machine. I'm not sure if something is blocking that on their end.

    Hi Jason,

    This agent usually works on only one queue, but yesterday we added another one and tested with it. The result was the same. So, this is not about the queue. The issue happens on specific machine (when the agent works from her home). In the office she doesn`t experience the issue. So, it could be the hardware or maybe the network. These are common considerations, but the question was, whether you had something specific about the issue.

    Hi Borislav,
    We are since at least yesterday experiencing the same.

    Have you been able to solve it?
    We also have some other "PureCloud Client Apps - Interapptions" errors being thrown.

    I can see the issue in Edge and Firefox, but not existing in Chrome anymore. Not sure if that is just agents not utilizing chrome or what it may be. We have multiple agents seeing these issues, both external and in-office, also cross different countries. I had the issue myself in Chrome yesterday and while re-saving an arbitrary Integration Client App (updating its advanced json data to add an icon), this issue disappeared (in Chrome). A rough guess from my end is that there is something cache wise lying about somewhere in some Genesys Cloud service layer and that something was changed, maybe with the latest release update of the wrap-up gadget and the Notes app (24th of march seems to have been the release date). While updating an integration I might have forced an update of everything.

    As examples:

    For all of our agents experiencing the issue, I am not sure. 
    BUT,
    I got the Microsoft Edge update on the 26th, version 134.0.3124.93. (still inside the relevant issue timeline from my point of view!)
    Firefox I just installed now to see for myself (and it is experiencing these bootstrap failures).
    Google Chrome, in which I experienced issues yesterday but not anymore, I myself run 134.0.6998.89 (10th of march).

    So it is a mix, but for Edge and Firefox, may be! Not for Chrome though.

    We have an open customer care case, but nothing have come out of this yet.

    What about the Desktop App (which runs an older version of Chromium than does Edge)?

    BTW - I tried an outbound call on behalf of queue in Edge Version 134.0.3124.93 (Official build) (64-bit)

    The Wrap-Up codes showed, no problem.

    Have never tested the Desktop App before, but installed it on Windows now and it still carries the same issue unfortunately!

    Yes, so it does not appear for everyone, and not always for the agents having the issue either. 
    That why my guess would be somewhere in cache or similar. 

    Browser versions could also have been a thing, but having reverted edge back to an early February version, and this version also giving me the same issue.. I am not so sure.

    For the wrap-up app it seems more sparse, but for our own client apps I almost always get the issue. Yes, something might be incorrect with our own client apps, but we haven't made an update of this in over a week and this issue popped up yesterday (as the latest).
    Also, it never reaches our app as it fails during bootstrapping of an app.

    If you pull up the console, and then end the outbound by for example choosing a wrap-up code and then Done, do you also get some errors like these:

    To me, that is a new error not having been there before (I am not truly sure as I haven't searched for these types of issues before they were an issue). Not the same error as app failed to bootstrap, and less "operationally destroying", but hopefully tied to it somehow and easier to find.

    Hi colleagues,

    Today we were able to make some more tests. The colleague was in the office, tried again and got again the same error. She uses actually the same laptop at home and in the office. Afterwards she found another free machine and tested with it. The error disappeared. Her original laptop is a little bit old, but good enough, I believe - hp elitebook 830 g7. But maybe this issue is still connected with the new version of Genesys.

    If I get more information, I will share it.

    According to Dev, both of your regions "have the new wrap-up gadget enabled"

    So, open/update a Support case and make sure Support knows about the new functionality enabled in your regions. Push them to open a SERVOPS to get Dev Support to look at it.

    The new gadget has not deployed to all regions yet.

    Was there any resolution provided for this issue? We have a customer having similar issue but we are not sure why this issue is occurring on the genesys cloud embeddable framework. When agent is trying to set up the disposition after call disconnect on Genesys cloud Embeddable Client, sometimes agent is not able to interact with the UI. 

    In the error logs we see the same errors.

    You need to open a Support case and have them look at it. That owuld be the best course of action for that particular error.
