  • 1.  Monitoring IVR navagation in real-time via Eventbridge

    Are there possibility to send event via eventbrigde for where my customer navegation in IVR?

    For exemple when my customer will navagation in Main menu, Genesys cloud will send event via eventbridge as nav_Main_menu to my Report services

    We have tried do via EventBridge send conversation{id}.attribute but it has just sent to us after call has been tranfered for an ACD. So we need this event will been send while my custormer are navagating on IVR.

    Yeah unfortunately attributes only update when the flow ends.

    I haven't done this, but the following looks like it might be more suited to what you are after

    v2.flows.instances.flow.{id} -Flow instance execution data by flow ID (in preview)
