As Robert has said, I believe that Cherry Picking is on the roadmap for PureCloud at some point. If you need something sooner and have access to a Javascript developer, then I can send you an example of a PureCloud custom client app that provides this functionality today.

Sounds like cherry picking to me. There is a roadmap feature to allow Interactions to be transferred from the queue directly to an agent. I believe this is slated for Q1 2020. That should do what you used to do in PureConnect.

When i used to administer the old ININ platform (PureEngage now) there was an Admin ability to move an interaction to an Agent before it was answered. Does anyone know if this is a feature that will ever be available in PureCloud?
