Hello Team,
At the moment Genesys Cloud - MS Teams Integration shows Teams presence based on the MS Graph v 1.0 API request for obtaining presence status.
Is there any indication of timeframe for when MS might be updating presence respond to also include the Out of Office information similar to the Beta Presence Query - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/presence-get?view=graph-rest-beta&tabs=powershell%2Chtt
Reason for this is during a test Team's User had Auto Reply set for Out of Office and he jumped on to Teams as Available. In Teams we could see he was in the mixed out of office message with Available state but in Genesys he showed as only Available.
