Hi,
I noticed that Genesys released multi-lingual bots today. That is SWEET! Very excited to take a look at in deeper. However, one think I was thinking about was: how is this going to translate into reporting? I was looking at the Bot Performance Views and don't see a language filter.
It would be logical, in my mind, to be able to separate reporting for the different languages. Am I missing something, perhaps?
