Hi All,
As you are aware, Apple is releasing automatic call screening as a feature for all numbers not saved as contacts and pixel has had manual call screening for a long time.
With the recent introduction of multiple callback attempts, and customer first callbacks this presents quite an issue as automatic call screenings are treated as reaching a voicemail.
Does anyone know if a fix for this is on the roadmap? It will make the multiple callback attempts feature too risky to use for most contact centers.
