    In Genesys on-premise, we give option to agent to pick caller ID when they place outbound call in WWE.

    Is this feature available in cloud?

    Hello Anitha

    The outbound call CLI (DNIS) used can be configured on a queue basis, you can then add multiple queues with different CLI and agent selects relevant queue on the outbound call please.
