I am working on a new phone IVR in Genesys Cloud for our showrooms and would like to utilize the Spanish Voice option in Amazon Polly. I am having issues with getting a specific Spanish script to be read in Spanish as the system continues to use the English default and the pronunciation is off. I've reached out to Care and the internet for help but I can't seem to get it correct.
In the IVR, the introduction has 3 parts. The first and third parts are in English and second part is in Spanish.
Any ideas on how I can accomplish this?
I've tried to select the supported language option in the audio sequence, set language nodes, created three audio files for TTS to select the appropriate language preference for each.
