Hello,

Could you confirm whether the upcoming Navigation UI update will have any impact on the Genesys Cloud APIs?
For example, will there be any changes to existing APIs or deprecations as a result of the new Navigation UI?

Hello Jeong,

I'm not aware of any changes to our existing APIs with the new UI rollout. The APIs should work the same on the backend, but the frontend UI is getting updated.

If you haven't done so already, I would recommend subscribing to our Release Notes. That way you will be notified of any changes or deprecations.
