Where do we get the report for Voice and Screen recordings & how to generate the accurate report with findings of Voice and Screen recordings.

In the UI, the closest you will get is to use the Interactions View and filter for conversations that have recordings using this filter for voice recording:

As for screen, you can get that through API, or wait for this idea:  Filter for Interaction with a Screen | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal
