Genesys Cloud - Main

Hi Experts ,

We are in process to refresh the hardware ( well we are also aware about the Hybrid Media - Branch Sites on Cloud ) for our Org. We had couple of locations where we are using the V2 mini's but since we got to know that they are discontinued any other option or any other source where we can get those as the partner Arrow is not producing those mini any more.

You should really consider moving away from the local edges.  Those are not a long-term prospect.  What do you need them for?  If for local regiatration of devices, better to get a small SBC and connect that to the cloud.  Soon, Genesys will support registration of non-managed phones and possibly FXO/FXS devices.  Write off the Edges and just go cloud.

Thanks Robert... Yes the issue is that we are not moving to Hybrid completely so to support some of the sites we need those where the call volume is less. We are using SBC for those but wanted to have the mini's
