Hi Jürgen,
If this is what you are referring to, you can try the following:
User Access Management > Users
Select the staff member(s), then click More Actions, where you will see:
- Assign Skills
- Assign Queues
I've attached a screenshot as well, hopefully this is what you are after where you select staff and Assign skills or Queues.

In the old UI was it possible to mark and than "lock" queues and also skills before copying it to another selected user.
In the new re-designed UI where I can find thios function ? Since we have to manage many skills and queues it would be very helpfull to have this function available again.
