New Call Notification no longer has "Show" option with new UI. Is that a feature change that is expected? When I roll back to the legacy UI permissions and receive an incoming call, the notification pops, I can click on the notification which takes me to the Genesys desktop to Answer or Decline the call.
When I apply the new UI required permissions. I get the alert popup, but it does not have a show option, nor does it take you to the Genesys Desktop if you click on the notification. Tested with the Desktop App and Edge browser, neither work like they used to.
