    This course couldn't come at a better time. As AI becomes increasingly central to contact center operations, having a structured learning path for Genesys Cloud Copilot is incredibly valuable.

    I'm particularly excited to dive into the prompt engineering and AI Agents configuration modules. Getting prompts right is such a critical factor in delivering accurate and helpful responses, and hands-on practice will make all the difference.

    Hi Ronan,

    I just completed the Genesys Cloud Copilot - Set Up and Configuration course, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning to implement or support Copilot in their organization.

    What I appreciated most was that the course doesn't just explain the features. It walks through the architecture, configuration process, AI Agents, AI Actions, prompt design, and deployment considerations in a very practical way. The hands-on exercises helped connect the concepts to real-world use cases.

    One of my biggest takeaways was the importance of prompt engineering and governance. Copilot is powerful, but the quality of the results depends heavily on how it is configured and how prompts are designed. The course provides useful guidance and best practices in these areas.

    I'm particularly excited about using Copilot to help administrators, supervisors, and business users quickly access information, streamline operational tasks, and improve overall productivity without requiring deep technical knowledge of the platform.
