    Hi Everyone! 

    We have a very exciting new episode of the Genesys Cloud Q&A Show which features a demo from a true Genesys community legend. He has over 20 years of experience using Genesys products, has answered over 3,400 questions in the community, and if you poke around in any of our sites, you'll definitely recognize his name: @Robert Wakefield-Carl! He gives a great demo on AI and bots and is treating customers to a webinar tomorrow, June 13th, from 11am-12pm. Please register and attend the event if you can as you'll gain a lot of insight from his years of expertise on the subject.

    I'd love to pick your brain about all things AI. Very thoughtful approach to transformative technology that manages to cut through the massive hype nicely. Thanks for doing this!

    You deserve all the kudos and your contributions are greatly appreciated. Oddly enough some of your contributions have been relevant years after you posted it. Oh, and amen about AI/ChatGPT. So looking forward to diving deeper into it within our organization and using it properly/effectively/efficiently.
