Hi,

In the Genesys Announcements, there's mention of this new multi-panel UI coming to the embeddable framework clients. I have a client I'm working with that is scheduled for an initial "soft-launch" of their new Genesys Cloud implementation in early May and they are using the embeddable framework. They are very concerned about timing of this update given the large number of agents that will need to be retrained/updated (~12,000).

Can someone provide some general guidance on the following:

1. Approximately when will an initial "beta" be available like was done with the Multi-Panel UI launch so it can be experimented with? If you can provide quarter and year, that's sufficient. Heck I'll even take half and year...But if you have Month and Year, that's best!
2. Once the initial voluntary launch is available, how long do you expect customers will have to experiment before it comes a hard requirement to use the new UI?
3. Will this require a new embedded client or is this going to work within the embedded client the customer has already integrated to their CRM platform?
4. Are there any screenshots available yet?
