From a 30K POV, yes, but PLEASE follow the article step-by-step and don't make any assumptions. One skip and you will be stuck in Meta looping that you can't get out of. The wizard is very good, but don't count on it for everything - follow the article and don't deviate from the prescribed course.

I need some help/advise to add a new WhatsApp number to the cloud environment. We already have a number for normal customers but recently client is looking to set up a new number for VIP customers. I went through the documentations and what I understood is below-
- Need to login to facebook from Genesys (Platform section) using client meta credential.
- Configure the new number to map to the existing WhatsApp business account.
- Create a message inbound flow and map it to the WhatsApp profile.
Please let me know if I have missed any step here. Also any screenshot of the steps would be very helpful.
