Hello All,
I need some help/advise to add a new WhatsApp number to the cloud environment. We already have a number for normal customers but recently client is looking to set up a new number for VIP customers. I went through the documentations and what I understood is below-
- Need to login to facebook from Genesys (Platform section) using client meta credential.
- Configure the new number to map to the existing WhatsApp business account.
- Create a message inbound flow and map it to the WhatsApp profile.
Please let me know if I have missed any step here. Also any screenshot of the steps would be very helpful.
