I have good news - we have resolved the issue that was affecting point synchronization in Orchestrators. As you complete activities in the portal, you should see your Redeemable and Lifetime Points update right away. We've also made updates to correct any discrepancies with points balances previously earned in our old Genesys Customer Advocacy Program. You may need to refresh the page or sign in to the Rewards Store again to see your updated balance.
The final step of this update is to credit users for any points missed during these intermittent issues. Next week, we're going to publish an activity in Orchestrators that will award a bulk amount of points to account for any points that may have been missed during this period.
We appreciate your patience while we've worked on these updates.
