    Hey Jason, thanks for sharing but I do not see the feature I am referring to in my post in the thread shared. 

    **COMING SOON** Start Conversation Modal Accessibility Enhancement for JAWS Support (Targeting November 17) | Genesys Cloud - UI New Features

    I was advised this will be released closer to 12/8 if things go accordingly.
