    Hello all. My organization is new to Genesys Cloud and I am attempting to filter audio interactions to locate only those with screen recordings for playback. I do not see this as an option/criteria to locate what I need. Am I missing something?

    Hi Nicole,

    Welcome to the platform :)

    It appears the 'Recording' column and 'Show only interactions that were recorded' filter applies to voice recordings (so they also show N/A for email, messaging, etc as well).

    There doesn't appear to be an option in the Interactions view to filter just for screen recordings.

    I can see an existing idea Filter for Interaction with a Screen Recording that's in Accepted status on the ideas lab - if you've got access it may be worth voting for that one :)

    Thanks Jeff.

    I did not see that one until after I submitted my idea, since I posted mine in the Interactions and Screen Recording category. (The other idea was posted in another category.)

    I did vote for that one but it appears it has been in "Accepted" status for quite sometime now and others have asked for an update, but I did not see any replies as to when it maybe included in a future enhancement. This would be a huge time saver for me when researching interactions with screen recordings.
