    Hey everyone! 

    Think you know Genesys AI terms? Think you know them when the letters are all mixed up? Test yourself with the newest Trivia Tower event: Genesys Cloud AI Word Scramble!

    You have until Friday, October 17th to get your form submitted. Remember to use ALL CAPS when entering your answers or they won't count. The player with the most points will win an item from the Prize Wall! 

    I'm not going to lie, this is a toughie, but I believe in you! Don't forget to answer that bonus question for three (3) extra points. You may need all the help you can get :)

    I finally sat down at home to try and do this since work blocks Google Docs. I couldn't get a single one. Going to go hang my head in shame now.
