    Agents only seeing Icon not the actual name for example Agent Work Space.

    Seems missing some permission can someone help with this?

    Hey Jagdish, looks like that might be a resolution thing. Theres a fine line of window/ screen size where it changes to icons vs showing the full name of the button. It's also an all or nothing thing, either all the names show or none of them do and they're all icons.

    John's answer is 100% correct; have your user zoom out (Ctrl+-) and they will find the labels again.  Not a permission.
