    Greetings - I am not sure if this is the best place to post this. 

    Our organization is really needing more time with the opt-in option of the new UI. We are still getting training together for the managers and staff that use the native UI and need time to train our users on how to use the new UI. A month extension past the current cut over date would be sufficient.

    We are sending a request to our customer success manager as well.

    Hey David, 

    At this time, we are not extending our timelines for this GA Navigation release. We will be transitioning Genesys users over to the new Navigation at the end of October, though you can start beforehand as early as September 29. Starting on that date, our Navigation UI is a full GA product, with a month-long period for customers to adopt it on their own time, turning on Orgs in the order that suits them. It is important we close this transition period at the end of October, so that Genesys can focus on releasing the features and fixes that mean most to you. As always, stability remains our chief concern, and we will consider any issues or Serv Ops tickets if you find them.

    Please reach out to your Genesys AE, CSM, TAM to work through these changes with Product.
