Over the past few months, we've released videos for getting console logs.
Sometimes Customer Care may need more than a console log to diagnose you issue. For some issues, a console network log, or network log, may be helpful.
With this in mind, this month, we present a video to help you get a network log with PureCloud running in Chrome.
