Our doubt is to which situation the “No-answer timeout” corresponds to, from the ones below (or other that we were unable to visualize):
- When the system waits for an agent to become available to dial automatically.
- When the system is waiting for the call to be answer by the client, after the dial was done.
- When the system is waiting for an agent to be available, after the client answered the call.
- When the system is waiting for an agent to accept the call, after the client answered the call.
