Not getting "update" option for CX Cloud packages even though they need updating

    No replies, thread closed.

    Has anybody else got the issue where the CX Cloud packages need updating, but you're not being presented with the update button?  It shows the version difference but isn't giving the option to update them.  Mostly affecting the core package but I can't update the other ones until this one has been updated.  I could raise this as a case but it's quite a specific issue that I would rather seek community feedback on than get stuck in care limbo :)

    Hey Vaun,

    Thank you for reaching out. That certainly does seem odd that you're being presented with the information that something should be updated but you're unable to do so. If you do end up opening a case with Customer Care, please let me know what the case number is and I can keep an eye on it.
