    Hi,

    we are just restricting the call center agent to make the outbound calls. so, for this we implement some logic in the workflow to disconnect the manual outbound call automatically. after disconnecting the call, I need to send the notification to the agents in Genesys.Is there any Api for this or any different logic is implemented by someone else.
