I have subscribed to the notification channel "v2.analytics.queues.{id}.observations" to get 'tanswered', 'tabandon' ans 'oservicelevel'. Some how this frames returned from web-socket's only returns results for half hour intervals, but i cant find any way to change the time interval for example for complete day (2018-04-15T20:00:00.000Z/2018-04-16T20:00:00.000Z).

Correct. You do not get to provide any configuration for the topic other than the queue ID. If you're looking to get a day's worth of stats at once, you'll need to use the Analytics API where you can provide your own filters.
