nOutbound Metric results differents between group by user_id and queue_id

    Hi everyone

    I want to ask about Is possible differents nOutbound Metric results if i do group by userid or queueid in an aggregation query? Should be the same results?

    The results won't be exactly the same. One will have the data grouped by user, the other by queue.

    Hi Tim,

    thanks for your answer but if i had a group by userid and queueid same time in a query and compare this results between a group by user_id query, for instance compare the nOutbound metric, Will result be same?

    I don't understand what you're asking. If you make different queries that explicitly request the response to be structured in a different way, the results from the queries will be different.
