    Our performance view page for November 2025 is broken down in intervals but no other month is.  Was there an issue with the new UI at that time?  Is there a way to run the November performance view report without the intervals, only showing the totals?  If so how?  Screenshots are attached showing no intervals in October or December.

    Hi,

    This appears to be because of the Daylight Savings timeshift during that month. It is still showing a day's worth (24 hours) of interactions, just because of the clocks changing it appears skewed.

    Depending on whether your operating hours fall neatly into it (i.e. your lines close before 7pm ET), you could change the timezone to a different one - e.g. in UK time zone it has the days neatly split out as in your December picture.

    To James' point, I had to keep this resource article handy during the Spring & Fall DST changes to address similar internal questions/memory lapses [within my brain & our lines of business]. Basically, I had to remind myself the performance views during the months that DST changes are gonna look weird, so be ready 😵‍💫

    We are experiencing the same issue. When you run the performance report for November, it includes the final interval as:

    "Nov 30, 2025 11:00 PM – Dec 1, 2025 11:00 PM" and shows xxx calls for that interval.


    If you run the report for December, that report also shows the same xxx calls for December 1st.

    Why are the December 1st calls being counted in November's report?
    Does anyone know how to adjust or configure the report so that this duplication is prevented and the impact of the DST change is limited to just that single day's report?

    This happens when the clocks change. I've never received a good answer for why or a fix for it.
