    Hello,

    I can't find a report on Genesys that shows the number of on-queue agents in history. For example, I'd like to know how many agents logged in to a specific queue on a specific day in the morning.

    Hi Rihab,

    This isn't something that is currently in the platform.  But there is an idea on the Genesys Cloud Product Ideas Lab, I would certainly recommend voting on this idea and adding you use case
