Once an email interaction/conversation ID # is found (via external sort), when going back to Performance - Interactions, is there any way to submit that specific interaction/conversation ID and see the entire email (rather than having to sort thru the Interactions list again.

    Once an email interaction/conversation ID # is found (via external sort), when going back to Performance - Interactions, is there any way to submit/drill down to that specific interaction/conversation ID?  (Need is to see entire email.)

    Specifically, when will Genesys capacity increase?

    You can use URL https://apps.{put here your environment}/directory/#/engage/admin/interactions/{put here conversationId}
    Just replace highlighted text.
