Good afternoon. We have been experiencing a situation where some chatters are unable to see the messages our agents are sending. The transcripts show all of the messages, but the chatters appear to only see the "agent is typing" and then no messages come through to them. The issue has not been recreated on-demand so we don't know the cause at this time. However, we have been able to determine that it is specific to the customer side since we have had the same person initiate a chat with us multiple times and be connected to a different agent and experience the same issue. We have not found any common thread on the chatter's system information as people using iOS, Android, MacOS, Windows and Linux have all had this same issue.
Unfortunately, since we are anonymous we have no way to reach out to the chatters on other channels to get more information or system logs to try to troubleshoot it.
Has anyone else experienced similar issues? I'm interested in checking out other people's web code snippets to make certain we haven't introduce anything strange in our code.
