Hi, we are having issues with an online-offline status of webchat. web chat offline status not working. we have integrated the javascript from the website as instructed but still the web chat status remains online all the time. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I would double check you are using the purecloud-chat-available class to determine online/offline availability as well as the ID of the chat element, chatNowElement. I believe we could improve our documentation around the setup you're trying to achieve - if you have feedback that would be valuable.
