I want to create an Open message integration using /api/v2/conversations/messaging/integrations/open.
But there are some attributes I'm unclear on. For example, when I created one, I tried sending a 'Typing' event, but I got back an error saying the integration wasn't configured to support that. So how do I configure that?
Is there a way to allow it to support HTML in the text?

Hello,
According to Platform configuration profiles overview: "Open Messaging APIs support both inbound and outbound typing indicator events. The typing indicators are disabled by default for both inbound and outbound events."
You need to create and assign a configuration profile where you will enable the typing events.
"Is there a way to allow it to support HTML in the text?"/ not sure I understand the question. If an agent gets an open messaging conversation and sends back text, it won't be in html format. Just plain text.
