Is there a plan to send more events via the webhook? Agent disconnect would be useful to tally to the async client.

Hi Andrew!
We do not at this time have any plans to send events like Agent Disconnect through the Open Messaging outbound webhook.
You should be able to access that informations using the Notifications API: https://developer.dev-genesys.cloud/api/rest/v2/notifications/notification_service subscribing for events on the Open conversation.

Thanks Brent, yep we've already thought about using the notifications API but would be nice to just get key conversation events via the webhook. All good, thanks for the reply!
