Hi Everyone, 

We are working with Open messaging - Whatsapp integration. We are simulating inbound message thru postman and we would like check the outbound responses from Genesys. In postman setting is there anyway we can check that outbound message?

Hi Maria,
The response from Genesys is going to be to your outboundNotificationWebhookUrl that you specified when you setup the Open integration through Genesys (POST or PATCH /api/v2/conversations/messaging/integrations/open/ paths). One easy way to do this is to use https://docs.webhook.site/ which will generate a unique url for you to use in your Open integration outboundNotificationWebhookUrl field. Then any Genesys message response, would show up on that webhook.site url. Hope this helps
