My name is Matt and I'm the community admin. I want to thank you for your post. I am learning the new community's software and your message was really helpful for me to configure a few things on my end.
- I originally set the message in question up under "Community" but I am going to move it and others like it to "Social" so now so that you can still receive the most important community notifications by staying subscribed to "Community".
- Did you receive the message multiple times? If so, this was an error in implementation that I am still trying to figure out. But if you notice this in the future, please let me know and I'll resolve the issue instantly.
In any case, please feel free to write me directly if you have any other thoughts or ideas for the community. I'm thrilled to hear that you are interested in keeping the community communication coming to your inbox and I hope things improve in the future.
