    Hi All,
    Just opened a new PureCloud Idea to have a new system option to be able to select to have the Profile information or the Script configured for each of the digital channels as needed.

    The script would be opened in the same space where the Profile information is currently displayed on Agent's desktop now.

    Script design should then be compliant with the current space available in the Agent's Desktop while responding interactions arriving from Digital Channels.

    The aim of this idea, is to keep the agent's workspace reserved to answer these kind of media interactions but also the be able to avoid having to click on the Script icon on every interaction, to be able to have the corresponding information included in the designed Script for each of the Digital Channels.

    This has appeared as a common request and complaint from several customers while enabling digital channels on PureCloud.
