  • 1.  Options to complete your voicemail greeting recording

    When the customer leave the voicemail greetings, they will be getting below options to complete voicemail greeting recording. Is there any way to suppress those options or change language to Dutch / French

    • To save your recording, say "Save prompt" or press 1.
    • To listen to your recording, say "Review" or press 2.
    • To record again, say "Rerecord" or press 3.
    • To leave the menu without saving your recording, say "Cancel" or press 4

    Hi Santhosh,

    Not sure about suppressing the messages as I haven't seen an option for that, but I think the user can change the language under preferences on their profile:

    Change browser app settings - PureCloud Resource Center
    PureCloud Resource Center remove preview
    Change browser app settings - PureCloud Resource Center
    To change your password: From Preferences, click the Password tab. To reset your password, complete the three fields. As you type the new password, PureCloud prompts you with suggested changes to meet the requirements. The default password requirements are as follows: The minimum length is eight characters.

    Changing the user's settings won't affect what's played to the caller.

    Is there any way to suppress those optionsNo
    or change language to Dutch No, not until Dutch supports TTS/ASR, watch https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/purecloud-supported-languages/.  This is in progress.

    / French Yes.  Add fr-CA as a supported language of the flow.  Add a task that uses the Set Language action to set the call's language to fr-CA.  Then transfer to another task with the transfer to voicemail action in it (this is necessary b/c of the warning that change a call's language doesn't take affect until the current task ends). https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/add-set-language-action-task/
