Just finishing a Oracle Service Cloud integration with PureCloud. We have utilized OpenMethods Harmony product. OpenMethods’ Harmony is a comprehensive integration between PureCloud and the Oracle CX agent desktop enabling agents to manage interactions which are presented to them within the CRM. Hopefully someone will attend this thread and have som interesting questions. The final part was to wait for a well function authentication - presented below:
