    Hello Team,

    I redeemed 1000 Orchestrators points for the Genesys Cloud Learning Subscription reward on [date].

    My redeemable points decreased from approximately 1090 to 90, indicating the redemption was processed, but I have not yet received:

    • Learning Subscription activation
    • Certification exam voucher

    My Orchestrators ranking currently shows:

    • Lifetime Points: 1090
    • Redeemable Points: 90

    Could you please check the redemption status and advise when the subscription and voucher will be available?

    The same happened to me a while ago.

    What I did is send an e-mail to: education@genesys.com and they solve my problem really quickly.

    Hope it helps you to solve your issue.

    I had a quick question regarding the Genesys Cloud Learning Subscription reward (1000 Orchestrators points).

    Could you please clarify what is included with this reward?

    • What type of Learning Subscription do we receive?
    • Does it include certification exam voucher(s)?
    • If yes, how many vouchers are provided?
    • Are the vouchers valid for all Genesys Cloud certifications, or only specific certification exams?

    Just looking for some clarification on the benefits included with the redemption.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    The Genesys Cloud Learning Subscription reward (1000 Orchestrators points) provides access to Genesys Cloud learning content and training materials. For example, you get access to learning paths, eBooks, and instructor-led or online courses for topics such as Architect, WEM, Outbound, Speech Analytics, and other Genesys Cloud modules.

    Once you complete the required training for a certification track, you may become eligible to receive a certification exam voucher for that specific exam. Based on my understanding, the subscription includes vouchers for the certification exams that are covered under the learning subscription program
