  • 1.  Ordering of articles by title for Knowledge appt

    Does anyone know of a way to order knowledge articles by title, for presentation in the the Knowledge app (rather than by published date as seems to be happening currently)?
    It's much harder for a customer to scan a list of articles when they're not ordered alphabetically.

    Hi Lee,

    Unfortunately it is not currently possible, but there is an idea on the Genesys Cloud Product Ideas Lab: Sort knowledge articles by A to Z on the Knowledge Portal

    I would advise voting on this idea and adding your rational so that it can be considered by the Product Management team and you will be updated on future progress

    Good improvement, we also created similar Idea for Messenger Knowledge App > Messenger Knowledge App - Article Sorting
