You're not limited to just the numbers that show up in the Genesys Cloud portal-there is a way to request a specific toll-free number. If you're not seeing the number you want in the search results (even if you know it's available), you can reach out directly to the Genesys Cloud Voice support team and have them look into it for you.
When you do, just include a few key details like your Org ID, your Genesys Cloud region, the exact toll-free number you're trying to get, and how many numbers you need. They can usually help track down and provision numbers that don't appear in the standard search, so it's definitely worth reaching out if you have something specific in mind.
The email is based on your region. Here is the documentation with the list of emails. But I will put them below as well.
North America operations team: genesyscloudvoice-na@genesys.com (helps with porting requests, number purchase requests, and general telecom requests)
EMEA operations team: genesyscloudvoice-emea@genesys.com (helps with porting requests, number purchase requests, and general telecom requests)
LATAM operations team: genesyscloudvoice-latam@genesys.com (helps with porting requests, number purchase requests, and general telecom requests)
APAC operations team: genesyscloudvoice-apac@genesys.com (helps with porting requests, number purchase requests, and general telecom requests)
General GCV operations team: genesyscloudvoice@genesys.com (takes care of general telecom operations not specific to numbers from any region)

We need to order a new toll free number through Genesys, but want to pick a specific number we know is not currently used, but it doesn't appear as an option within the GC toll free ordering portal. Is there a way to accomplish this? Or are we forced to use the numbers that we see as available within GC?
